5. Exchange and Return Policy

At First Brand, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of healthcare products, returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

First: General Period and Conditions

A return or exchange request may be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product remains in its original condition, unused, unopened, and accompanied by the original invoice.

If a product is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt and provide photographs clearly showing the issue.

Second: Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there has been an error by the pharmacy or a manufacturing defect:

• Infant formula and children's nutritional products.
• Diapers and baby care products (if opened).
• Cosmetics and skin or hair care products (if opened or used).
• Personal-use, sensitive, or refrigerated products that require special storage conditions.
• Products purchased as part of clearance or liquidation offers (if stated at the time of purchase).

Third: Refund Method

• Original Payment Method: The refund will be processed back to the original card or electronic payment method (processing time may vary depending on the bank).
• Customer Wallet: The refund amount may be credited to the customer's wallet on the website for use in future purchases.

Fourth: Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable if the return is requested at the customer's discretion.

First Brand will bear all delivery costs if the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect product).

6. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before preparation begins or before it is handed over to the shipping company.

If the order has already been dispatched for delivery, it will be handled in accordance with the Return Policy stated above.

Wallet balances cannot be converted into cash except in accordance with the store's policies and applicable regulations.
